A new roof, new pool filter & pump, inside painting and carpets and new A/C unit. Steve was there overseeing everything. Arranging the contractors and checking on them constantly. If he didn't make 50 trips to that house in 2 months that it took to rehab it and sell it, I would be very surprised. He was above and beyond what I've ever experienced in such a transaction. And, got me top $$$.
I’m not sure how we got hooked up with Steve but I’m really glad we did. Steve is an excellent agent and I highly recommend him. Steve is very attentive, hard working and takes the time to explain every step of the process. I travel for work so my schedule is crazy so he went above and beyond the call of duty to show us homes and answer phone calls even at unusual hours. Every step of the way Steve was professional, a bulldog when needed while also showing patience. When it was time to sell this past April, without hesitation I called Steve. Somehow he still remembered me and was at my home the next day for a meeting. He again explained every step of the process and we agreed to move forward. Again, I travel for work and now more then ever. Steve took care of some minor fixes while I was out of town, scheduled inspections, and handled everything while providing constant updates while I was away. Steve got me multiple full price offer within days of the house being listed. After discussing the pros and cons of each we settled on a nice couple who Steve ended up representing as well. What I most respect about Steve during this sale was his commitment to me first. While he had “skin in the game” from both sides, he kept reminding me that he was my “agent first” and while he wants both sides to be happy, would not hesitate to walk away from the deal if my interests weren’t met. Obviously this would cost him personally thousands of dollars but that was secondary. In my opinion, that shows a heck of a lot of integrity which is not often seen in the sales world. In the end, we got the deal done and all parties walked away happy. Like I said, I would not hesitate to work with Steve again and consider it a pleasure to recommend him.Less
